The plant started its activity in 1953 and since the beginning it has been manufacturing machines and equipment for the food industry, especially for the meat processing sector. The plant has been the only manufacturer of many machines and equipment for the food industry in Eastern Europe until 1990. Despite the political and economical transformations which took place in Europe in the 1990s, we continue to be a significant manufacturer on the market of machines and complete process lines for the meat industry (pork and beef intestine processing lines). We also offer sanitary equipment such as washbasins, shoe and uniform washing machines and dryers.

In 1993, the plant was transformed into a joint stock company with Polish shareholding. The company has maintained its original production profile, at the same time adjusting its product design and technology to the changing needs of the market.
